What does anti-tarnish mean?

Our jewellery has a protective finish that resists discolouration from daily wear. With basic care (see Jewellery Care) it keeps its colour for a long time.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Our pieces are nickel-conscious and made for everyday wear. If you have a known metal allergy, check the material listed on each product.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched in 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 3–7 working days. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, on eligible pincodes. You can check delivery and COD for your pincode on any product page.

Can I gift wrap my order?

Yes — tick "Gift wrap this order" at checkout and add a personal message.

What is your return policy?

If a piece arrives damaged, defective or wrong, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. See Returns & Refunds for details.

How do I track my order?

Use "Track your order" in the footer with your order number, or open the link in your confirmation email.
